Our nurturing Infant program follows your schedule until they turn one and then our teachers begin the transition into our Toddler program's daily schedule as they move up to our Toddler classroom and onto our Preschool classroom.
Infants are more apt to learn in a warm nurturing environment. At the core of our child care learning environment is relationship building and establishing connections based on trust. Strong supportive relations provide infants with context for developing interpersonal skills and operating successfully in the world.
In order to make our child care center your family's "home away from home" we do are best to follow the schedule that you maintain at home. With comfortable and predictable care, infants feel at ease with the opportunities to explore themselves and the world around them. When an infant experiences stable quality relationships with other people this helps provide the basis for a wide range of social and emotional developments and hitting new milestones.
The Little Learners Infant program schedule follows a routine rather than a set time. Each infant's schedule is different allowing you the opportunity to let us know your infant's routine and helping them feel at ease. We want to know when they eat, how often they nap, and what helps them to be comfortable and feel safe. All of those details will make your child's day run more smoothly.
