Mrs.Crissy is Romeo's Center Director, She and her son Quigly joined our Little Learners family in February of 2020. Mrs.Crissy comes with a wealth of knowledge as her background is in Elementary Education. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Central Michigan University and has taught all age groups and in several different states including Kentucky, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Mrs.Crissy has a love for the teachers, families and children at her center and you can tell that the minute you walk through the door and she is right there to greet you with her enthusiastic welcome and it will make you feel at home right away. Mrs.Crissy knows that our Romeo Center is a larger more modernized center, but makes sure to keep that "home away from home" feel with a structured learning environment as the main focus. Her passion and love for daycare shows in the way that she has brought her family values to the center. They have merged so well with Little Learners CORE VALUES.
Mrs.Crissy easily blended the old town feel of Romeo with her personal life. Living in a 153 year old farm house, her passion for gardening and taking care of her 13 chickens, 5 cats and 1 dog works so well with our very old barn style building that Romeo residents remember as the Bargin Barn.
Her spunky personality will draw you right in and you will surely enroll with her before you even get off the phone, because you will trust and know that what she says is what she will do. We know your family will be happy with Mrs.Crissy and her staff. We guarantee it!
Ms. Skylar is the Assistant Director at the Romeo Center. We were very excited when she joined the Little Learners Family here in Romeo, in April of 2019, and she hasn't looked back since. Ms Skylar has been in the childcare field for over three years, she started as a preschool teacher. Ms. Skylar has a passion for teaching not only the kids in the center but the teachers too. She is focused on curriculum, routine and structure for our children. She is very passionate about helping grow the teachers in our company to be the best teacher they can be for all of our kids. She is working toward her degree in Early Childhood Administration through Ashford University. The knowledge that she has gained through her years of working with children has shown her that she has chosen the right career path and could not see herself doing anything else. Ms. Skylar walks into work every day with a smile on my face! You just know that she is proud to be able to witness and be a part of the growth of such amazing children is what makes her job so great. Not only does she learn something new every day, but she knows the children and teachers do too! Ms Skylar is always there to welcome you in and makes you a part of the Little Learners Family very quickly, stop on and meet her along with the Center Director and you will quickly want your family to join our Little Learner Family.
